Position Description

Aurora Parts and Accessories, LLC. is seeking a candidate to join our Management Development Program. Team Members will experience rotational exposure in all aspects of Aurora’s business operations, including finance, marketing, sales, purchasing, customer/tech services and human resources. This program is designed to create future leaders within the organization and industry. Time spent in the program is full time employment with salaried pay and benefits. After successful completion of the program, participants are placed into full time leadership role within the organization using the similar selection process based on education, experiences, and professional interests. Ideal candidate would be recent college grad with a bachelor’s degree.
