Calipers

Pro-Par air disc brake calipers are the perfect solution for fleets to reduce maintenance costs while maintaining the quality and performance of their air disc braking system. All Pro-Par calipers are re-manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Calipers are torqued to OEM specifications and then bench tested and date stamped to ensure functionality, alignment, and traceability.

Rotors

Pro-Par air disc brake rotors are designed to meet or exceed OE specifications providing superior performance, unmatched durability and better safety. Developed through industry leading engineering and research, our rotors utilize high tensile G3500 grey iron and a corrosion resistant finish to extend vent and ABS Ring life.

Pro-Par rotors are manufactured using cast iron material resulting in an excellent balance between strength and thermal connectivity.

Pads

Pro-Par air disc brake pads are manufactured with integrated World Class Friction Technologies with all critical raw materials sourced from suppliers in Europe and North America. Our pads are engineered to meet FMVSS121 requirements.

Consistent compressibility over the entire pad reduces noise and vibration and helps in outperforming leading competitors in stopping distance and resistance to fade and wear.

Brake Chambers

Pro-Par air disc spring brake and service chambers meet or exceed SAE J1318 surface vehicle standards for performance and quality. Pro-Par air disc spring brake chambers come in 1624, 1824, 2024, 2030, 2424 and 2430 model types.
