Aurora Parts named a 2026 “Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation
Lebanon, Indiana (October 15, 2026)
Aurora Parts, the leading provider of Aftermarket parts solutions for heavy-duty trailer equipment in North America, has been named a 2026 “Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking” by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT). The 2026 list appears in Edition 3 of the magazine, published October 12.
The magazine created the program in 2018 to support WIT’s mission to champion the employment and advancement of women in trucking, foster connections, and recognize achievements. Companies are evaluated on gender-inclusive culture, flexible hours and work requirements that support work-life balance, competitive compensation and benefits, training and professional development, and career advancement opportunities.
Nominations were reviewed against those criteria, and nominees were then validated by an industry vote. More than 18,000 transportation professionals voted in June. Aurora Parts is one of 106 companies named to the 2026 list.
Aurora Parts promotes from within, which creates career growth opportunities for women at every level of the organization. 25% of Aurora leaders are women, and 42.8% of its c-suite executives are women. The company also provides ongoing training and development to support women’s professional advancement.
“At Aurora Parts, we’re proud to champion a culture where women are encouraged to excel, innovate, and lead with confidence,” said Brad Fulkerson, President and CEO of Aurora Parts. “This recognition reflects our commitment to inclusion, mentorship, and meaningful career growth.”
